About Sophie
I am working towards a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. I have always been an excellent student, often helping others with understanding the material. Most people I’ve helped with the class material have found my explanations easy to understand. I have even finished Calculus, a university class, during my high school Grade 12, with the highest grade possible. I can also teach in French, as that is my first language.

I base my lessons on the material the teacher has gone through, offering extra problems/questions to solve, for the student to have extra practice if necessary. I go over the basics for the student to be able to progress well, and I match the students’ learning speed, so they don’t get overwhelmed with information. With younger students, I incorporate the lessons in games, so the student doesn’t lose focus, and actually enjoys studying.
