About Lillian
As an undergraduate student majoring in Electrical Engineering, my future aspirations include a career that combines innovative technologies and helping others.
I believe that my curiosity, eagerness to help others, intense passion to create new innovations, and previous experience/leadership roles makes me an ideal and strong candidate to tutor students in various subjects. Not only am I interested in helping students learn more about Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math, but also in fostering and nurturing the growth of society’s future leaders.
Recently, I myself, had an interest and passion for STEM in high school but struggled to find the right resources and mentors to help me get on the right track and achieve my goals. It was not until the summer of my sophomore year in high school that I found the motivation and spark I needed in a robotics camp. Without that experience and those who made it worthwhile, I would not be here today pursuing a major in STEM, particularly engineering.
Through tutoring, I hope to foster students’ inner drive and passion to succeed in the area they choose. I aim to not only provide support for students, but to also inspire future innovative thinkers.
Learning does not have to be boring and tedious. It can be educational, informative, and also a rewarding and fun experience. As a tutor, I will help my students grow both as an intellectual and person.
