I am a dedicated, loving and an energetic teacher who makes Mathematics easy for one and all. In class there is always a new technique/idea that I apply to keep my students engrossed. My teaching techniques are very simple and straight. I follow the very basic teaching includes four major steps: a) Level one: Recollection and reproduction b) Level two: Knowledge application c) Level three: Strategic thinking d) Level four: Extended critical thinking some of my techniques/style of teachings are as follows: 1. Model Ideal Behavior: Clearly explain proper behavior, and then follow it yourself. 2. Encourage initiative: Allow students to actively participate in the learning process with class discussions and exercises that support the initiative. 3. Summative Assessment: Summative assessments are end-of-unit tests, final projects or standardized tests used to assess student understanding on a broad and absolute level. this part includes: a) Occurs at end of chapter or unit b) Evaluates what students learn c) Covers complete content areas d) Assigns a grade to students’ understanding e) Emphasizes the product of student learning 4. Formative Assessment: Formative assessments are the opposite of summative assessments because they take place during the teaching process. this part includes: a) Occurs through chapter or unit b) Improves how students learn c) Covers small content areas d) Monitors how students are learning e) Focuses on process of student learning Formative assessments can reduce student stress around testing. with the above teaching techniques I'm sure that after my lecture anyone can solve problems by their own.
