About Samar Dev
Hi Dear Students ! I am Samar Dev Chauhan currently working as a computing trainee teacher for KS3/KS4/KS5 with a school as a part of my school placement for PGCE Secondary Computing at University of Sussex. I am passionate about technology and teaching which made me opt for computer science as a subject for my teacher training. I love teaching so thought of doing some online tutoring after school the timings ; ) and on Sat/Sun. I hope we meet soon online !

I don't believe in rote learning and especially computer science as a subject is for understanding and not for memorisation. Once a student understands a topic, they will retain it for longer times and even revision becomes easier. Therefore, my lesson's aim is to make students understand, help them implementing the concept and not just memorise it. I also use a variety of modelling and scaffolding techniques which aren't only interactive and engaging but effective too. You won't believe how much you would learn just by paying attention !
