About Aimen
I recently finished my PhD at Edinburgh University in climate change impact modelling. I have an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College (2.1) and MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development from Cambridge University (Pass). I have provided face-to-face private tuition in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology for GCSE and A-Level while studying both my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. I have been working as both a subsea design engineer in the UK and, more recently, as a Project Coordinator in an international medical NGO.

I design my lessons based on the needs of the student. I generally try and cover the material provided to the student in class, define areas for development and find additional online resources to approach these in alternative ways. Fundamentally, as the exams come closer, exam practice is the most effective means of getting the best results.
