About Robert
I have worked as a tutor in high school and in college in both mathematics and engineering for 10 years. Most of my experience is with one-on-one lessons usually working through sections of a course. I have also spent a full semester with a student working through the subject to help improve scores and understanding.

I am currently a senior electrical engineering student at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I have spent my entire education studying math and have a great understanding of how it works. I enjoy working with others and finding the root of their problems in this subject; to help make them self-sufficient come test time. As an engineering student, I have a strong background in math, physics, and logic.
Let me help you get past the barriers holding you back. To do this I need to get a lesson structure for the class being taken, and see some of the students work to identify areas for improvement. Usually working through lessons, assignments, or even through conversation I am able to find the root cause of misunderstanding before I create a personalized lesson to help the student grow. I am flexible in methodology as per each student’s individual need.

Other math subjects may be requested and fulfilled depending on my experience.
I work with both students that need one time assistance and students that need additional support throughout the semester.
