About Proud
I have over 16 years of experience in desktop support and network administration. I am passionate about networking in general and have studied Cisco Routing and Switching up to CCNP level. I also have a CCNA Cyber Ops certification and have studied Microsoft Windows Server 2012. I have been exposed to other vendors including Mikrotik, Cyberoam (now under Sophos), and Ubiquity.

I use a mixed methodology in the training delivery to cater for the different learning styles. I use videos, PowerPoint presentations, web-based self-study materials, practical assessments, and also some lab simulations and emulations. Students are free to discover on their own and participate in online discussion forums. I encourage students to ask a lot of questions to ensure that they understand the material better.
