About Nia
Hello Students!
My name is Nia and I am an engaging and friendly tutor with 6 years tutoring experience. I have tutored children of primary school age for Maths and English, as well as those doing Physics GCSE.
After achieving a 9 in my own GCSE Edexcel Physics exams, I want to pass on all the tricks I learnt on the way. My tutoring approach involves breaking down information into bite-sized pieces, to make it malleable to the students own learning style. I encourage students to discover and unlock their own learning styles with my help, so that they can approach their exams and classwork with confidence and familiarity.
Building a trusting professional relationship with students is central to my tutoring, so that students feel comfortable admitting mistakes and struggling with certain questions. This allows me to specifically target weak points so that we can work on making them strengths!

I teach lessons in Maths and Physics from Primary School all the way up to GCSE. I have an in-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum and use this to determine how much progress your child needs to make.
