About Antoine
As the father of a five-year-old girl, I have felt a deep connection to my body since childhood. I love the sun and nature, and I enjoy walks and hikes whenever possible. I have had several athletic and sporting careers since I was a child (football, track and field, swimming, boxing). Since 2018, I have adopted a holistic movement practice with which I guide my clients and students in mobility, posture, breathing, boxing, and minimalist bodyweight and ring-based strength training. I also offer handstand, meditation, and breathing classes. Since 2018, I practice a holistic approach to movement, which I use to guide my clients and students in areas such as mobility, breathing, and mindset, as well as boxing and minimalist strength training using bodyweight exercises and rings. I also offer handstand lessons, meditation and breathing techniques.

As a nutritionist and holistic fitness trainer, I tailor my approach to your specific needs: muscle gain and weight loss, fitness and energy, physical and athletic performance, creativity and physical expression, improving flexibility and mobility, and improving posture and addressing tension points.
