About Jeremy
I'm Jeremy Snowden. I once felt stuck, unmotivated, and hopeless, struggling with a lack of direction and purpose in life, and working from home. This stressful state led to plummeting productivity, frayed relationships, and unhealthy coping mechanisms, leaving me adrift and ineffective in a Groundhog Day life. I transformed my life from existential crisis to purposeful living and now I teach others using attention redirection, challenging beliefs, and grounding growth techniques of yoga and habit coaching.
