About Sylvère
I am a dedicated sports and physical education teacher with a strong passion for fitness, health, and youth development. I have experience working with students of different ages and fitness levels, helping them build strength, coordination, discipline, and confidence through structured physical activity.
My motivation to teach sports comes from a belief that physical education plays a vital role in both physical and mental well-being. I enjoy guiding students to discover their potential, develop healthy habits, and gain confidence through movement and teamwork.
I am patient, energetic, and supportive, and I create a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to try, improve, and succeed. My goal is to help every student become stronger, healthier, and more confident—both on and off the field.

Warm-up and mobility to prepare the body and prevent injuries
Skill development, focusing on technique, coordination, and control
Fitness training, including strength, endurance, speed, or agility
Applied practice or games to reinforce skills in a fun, realistic way
Cool-down and stretching for recovery and flexibility
