About Amelia
With 8 years of teaching experience, I am a committed drum tutor who enjoys helping students discover their rhythm and musical potential. I teach drum lessons to beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, and I have successfully trained around 150 learners. My teaching style focuses on clarity, encouragement, and steady skill development. My tutoring approach is flexible and student-focused.
I assess each student’s level and goals before creating a personalized learning plan. Lessons begin with core fundamentals such as timing, coordination, and basic patterns, then progress toward advanced techniques, grooves, and performance skills. I make sure students understand both the “how” and the “why” behind each concept.
One of my key strengths is my ability to simplify difficult drumming techniques into easy and practical exercises. I combine technical drills with musical application, using real-life examples and rhythm patterns from different styles. I also guide students on effective practice methods, helping them build discipline and confidence over time.

Collaboration is an important element of my methodology. I encourage open communication and active participation during lessons. Students are free to express their interests and challenges, making lessons more engaging and interactive. This shared learning experience helps students stay motivated.
