About Becca

I am a dedicated Nurse Educator and new grad Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of diverse healthcare experience. My clinical journey spans hospice, home care, emergency medicine, medical-surgical nursing, and primary care. Driven by a deep-seated love for learning, I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in 2015 and advanced my expertise by completing my Master of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University in 2023.

About the lesson

As an educator, my teaching philosophy is grounded in empathy, adaptability, and the fundamental belief that every student is capable of learning when met where they are. Having navigated the rigorous path from bedside nursing to advanced practice, I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of nurses, fostering critical thinking, and empowering students to reach their full clinical potential with confidence and competence.
