My basic approach to teaching is more androgogical than it is pedagogical because I approach each learner with respect based on the understanding that all learners especially by the time they get to high school levels of education have experience. For primary and High School students on Zoom = $18/Hour; School Students $20-30/hour. If I have to travel to them then we will calculate a mileage rate based on AAA rates.
