About Simone
I’m Simone Saiki, a hospitality professional by training, and a communicator by calling. I’m also a social-emotional educator, actress, and founder of Better Self, a project that uses theater to promote self-awareness and more authentic human connection. Over the past years, I’ve studied clowning with David Bridel (The Clown School), acting with Paul Brown (New York Film Academy), Andrew Meyer (SCAD), and Andrei Malaev (Florida State University Conservatory). I’ve also trained in emotional intelligence, active listening, nonviolent communication (with Carolina Nalon), and anthroposophy (with Josef Yaari). My work is rooted in presence, empathy, and creative expression. I believe in the power of good conversations to bring more lightness, depth, and shared meaning into our lives. We all have the capacity to transform our relationships, making them more just, collaborative, and real.

What sets me apart is my deeply human approach — I combine professional facilitation with genuine presence and creativity. My background includes working with diverse groups: caregivers, neurodiverse individuals, expats, elderly people, and professionals in transition.
