About Elizabeth
I played the role of Olga Romanovna in the Netflix series "The Last Tsars," and appeared in Lasse Hallström's film "Hilma," among many other productions. You can find a full list of my credits on my IMDb profile under Elizabeth Mikola.
For six years, I studied the Stanislavski and Meisner techniques at an acting academy. This summer, I completed the Stella Adler Art of Acting Studio in Los Angeles. Stella Adler's method resonates with me the most, as her teaching approach is grounded and practical. I believe that to grow as an actor, you must also grow as a person.
In addition, I work with diverse individuals to help them develop their emotional intelligence, enhancing both their personal and professional lives.

All classes are personalized to meet each student’s needs. I’ll take the time to understand their preferences and personalities to create a safe, supportive environment.
ACTING:
Classes start with physical and vocal warm-ups, followed by drama activities. We’ll work on monologues or duologues, focusing on script analysis, movement, and character development—ideal for audition prep and overall acting improvement.
PUBLIC SPEAKING:
We begin with an extensive vocal warm-up, then engage in exercises like short debates. Students will practice storytelling and public speaking, with opportunities to write their own speeches. We’ll focus on volume, articulation, pace, and body language.
I also work on emotional intelligence coaching and job interview preparation to help students navigate professional settings.
With 9 years of teaching experience, I believe that growing as an actor parallels personal growth. I’ll guide you in your acting career, whether you’re just starting out, seeking agencies, or building a portfolio. For established actors, we’ll explore ways to enhance your career. Even if acting isn’t your main focus, we’ll improve your speech delivery, boost your confidence, and unlock your creativity. I’m passionate about teaching and excited to help you achieve your goals.
