About Jewel
I am a professional dancer who has choreographed sets for performing arts schools, facilitated workshops for adults with a physical disability, taught classes for children at a local dance studio and universities. You will learn choreography and improve your pick up in the styles of hip hop, Afro and dancehall. You will improve your freestyle in a comfortable and motivating environment with detailed feedback and consistent weekly plans to improve mental and physical health. Lessons will be 1 to 2 hours depending on students' needs. My teaching style is quite intense but safe as I want my students to push their limits and grow. I have a Bachelor's science degree in dance and movement studies.
