I had one of my best yoga experiences with Srishti. It was a private session with a small group of friends. I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but it was very knowledgeable and helpful, she went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after our session. I would highly recommend Srishti as yoga trainer.

She has learnt abacus and have won multiple times prizes in state level competition. So she has a very good hold in maths. Also she working as teacher of vedic maths and abacus from last 5+ years in her hometown. So she is a excellent teacher.
One should learn some skills from her to avoid Maths phobia which is commando in today's generation.
