About Daniel Official
Hi, I’m Daniel—a passionate personal trainer, nutritionist, and body transformation coach with over 20 years of professional experience. But my journey started long before I became a coach. 25 years ago, I was the “skinny guy” in the gym. I wanted to build muscle but had no idea where to start. I’d try every machine, often leave the gym feeling hurt or discouraged, and I didn’t pay any attention to what I was eating. The internet wasn’t around yet, so I devoured fitness magazines and began learning everything I could about training and nutrition. That’s when I discovered the Weider Principles, which completely changed the way I trained and fueled my body. Through years of experience and trying countless workout styles and techniques, I developed my own unique method of training. I’ve learned that there’s no single program that works for everyone—each body is different and needs a tailored approach to truly see results. My passion turned into a career. I worked my way up to become Head Trainer at both Muscle Line Gym and Olympus Center Fitness, helping clients of all ages and goals—from athletes to beginners—to transform their bodies and lives. Today, I combine my personal journey with professional expertise as an ISSA-certified personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, corrective exercise specialist, and nutritionist. I believe in personalized plans, a nurturing and encouraging approach, and caring for both physical and mental health because it’s all connected. I’m committed to being right beside you on your journey—tracking your progress, motivating you, and helping you become your strongest, healthiest self.
