About Agnes
I am a passionate piano tutor with over 15+ years of experience teaching students from school, college, and working professional backgrounds. I believe learning piano should be simple, enjoyable, and meaningful. My teaching approach focuses on clear communication, patience, and understanding each student’s goals.
I create personalised lesson plans that match their level and help them improve step by step. I focus on building strong basics such as finger technique, rhythm, and note reading before moving to advanced skills. Along with piano, I also teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm practice to give students a complete understanding of music.
My strength is simplifying complex concepts and making learning stress-free. I guide students to build confidence, improve consistency, and develop good practice habits. I aim to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to learn and enjoy their musical journey.

My teaching methodology emphasises personalised, creative, and inspiring lessons. I believe piano education should be fun, motivating, and tailored to the student’s unique abilities and goals. Through clear communication, I understand each student’s strengths, challenges, and interests, enabling me to design lessons that are engaging, effective, and meaningful.
Creativity is central to my approach. Students are encouraged to improvise, compose, and explore different musical styles, helping them develop artistic confidence and a personal musical voice. Flexibility ensures lessons are adapted to the student’s pace, skill level, and preferred learning style, fostering steady progress while keeping learning enjoyable.
Along with piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This holistic methodology builds technical mastery, expressive ability, and musical understanding. My goal is to inspire students to become confident, creative, and lifelong musicians who love exploring and performing music.
