About Niamh
I am a dedicated, and compassionate individual driven by a desire to help others in discovering their passions and achieving their goals.
As a professional AFLW player for the past 5 years, I have cultivated a deep appreciation for all aspects of health and fitness, recognizing their pivotal roles in achieving peak performance and overall well-being.
Through my professional sports career, I've refined the skills needed to consistently excel at the highest level both on and off the field. With a focus on life balance, mindset, resilience, and intentional action, I guide my clients towards overcoming obstacles, embracing challenges, and creating the life they envision in every facet of life.
