With over nine years of dedicated experience in personal training, my professional life has been a passionate journey aimed at transforming lives and nurturing healthier futures for each individual I work with. My comprehensive background spans competing in bodybuilding at prestigious events such as the UKBFF and on Arnold Schwarzenegger's renowned stage, the Arnold Classic in Barcelona. Additionally, I have trained fellow bodybuilders, preparing them to showcase their peak form on stage, embodying both physical excellence and competitive spirit. My expertise also extends to tactical fitness and strength, honed under the rigorous training regimes of the UK Special Forces (SAS). I've been training with Sam weekly since February 2022 (two years now). I could not be more satisfied with his PT sessions.
He adapted the training to my (ever) changing needs, fat-loss, preparing conditioning for a white-collar boxing fight, and finally two phases of bulk/cut in the past year for muscle building/aesthetics.
He is very good at understanding my mindset and "workout psychology" in general. Knows when to push my limits, and teaches how to handle setbacks/dips in motivation along the way (e.g. not losing weight fast enough, bulking too dirty, or personal matters impacting motivation).
