About Filip
I keep the lessons organized and clear by making sure the notes we take during the lessons are legible. I make sure to adapt to whatever you need, and I encourage asking questions. There's no shame in doing so, and even outside the lessons, the student should ask me anything. Yes, I'm paid to teach you but that doesn't mean I'll forget about you after the lesson ends. In the end what gives me the most satisfaction is seeing you understand the material and succeed so I'll do my best in making that happen.

I usually go over some problems that they're struggling with to identify all the gaps. I've been doing it for quite some time so I know where the common misunderstandings are. In between lessons I keep myself involved with the students, letting them know they can ask me questions (and they should!) outside of the lessons as well. I'll lay out a roadmap after the first two lessons so we get a sense of progression and have a goal to work towards. I adapt myself and the lessons to the student's needs and motivation. My lessons are for university level students.
