Perfect! I checked his credentials, location, and picture that were all as advertised. He knew the 3rd year college level electronics, circuits, and necessary equations and applied them well to the homework, thus I assume he knows all the related physics areas. Philip is an exceptional teacher with great listening and teaching skills. He has good understanding of the subject and can impact same to any person he tutors. He taught me Calculus, demystifying it into its simplest terms which gave me a good grade in my exams on Operation research.
