About Xiyu
I am an Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate from the University of Edinburgh and currently work as a Full-Time Electrical engineer in the UK. I have a strong background in maths, physics, circuits and problem solving, and I enjoy helping students understand difficult topics in a clear and practical way.
My aim is to help students build confidence, improve their exam technique and develop a more structured approach to learning. I am patient, organised and happy to adapt my explanations to each student’s level and learning style.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s current level, goals and exam requirements. I usually begin by identifying weak areas, then explain the key concepts clearly before working through examples and past-paper style questions together.
I am an Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate from the University of Edinburgh and currently work as a Full-time Electrical engineer in the UK. I can support students with GCSE Maths and Physics, A-Level Physics, basic circuits, electronics and engineering fundamentals.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes and can be adapted for exam preparation, homework support, topic revision or building confidence in problem solving.
