About Tejashree

Hello, and welcome to my tutoring profile!
I am a qualified Electrical & Electronics Engineer (BE) with a Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA), and I am passionate about helping students truly understand what they are learning—not just memorize it.

With a strong academic background and a structured, student-focused teaching style, I support learners in building solid fundamentals, improving problem-solving skills, and gaining confidence in their abilities. I understand that technical subjects can feel overwhelming, especially when concepts are not explained clearly. My goal is to make learning approachable, logical, and stress-free.

I take a professional, well-organized approach to every lesson and adapt my teaching to suit each student’s pace, goals, and academic requirements. Whether you need regular support, exam preparation, or help strengthening core concepts, I provide clear explanations, practical examples, and consistent guidance throughout your learning journey.

I am patient, reliable, and committed to creating a positive and respectful learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and growing academically.

I believe that strong fundamentals are the foundation of confidence and long-term success in any subject. As a tutor with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a Master’s in Business Management, I combine technical depth with structured, easy-to-understand teaching methods. My approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts, connecting theory to real-world applications, and adapting lessons to each student’s learning style.

Teaching Methodology & Techniques

Concept-first approach: I ensure students clearly understand the “why” behind every topic before moving into formulas or problem-solving.

Step-by-step explanations: Complex problems are broken down into smaller, logical steps to reduce overwhelm.

Practical examples: I relate theoretical concepts to real-life engineering applications and industry scenarios wherever possible.

Active learning: Students are encouraged to ask questions, attempt problems during the session, and explain concepts back to me to reinforce understanding.

Exam-oriented strategies: I share tips on problem-solving techniques, time management, and how to approach frequently asked exam questions.

A Typical Lesson Plan

Quick recap of previous concepts to ensure continuity

Introduction of new topic with clear objectives

Concept explanation using diagrams, examples, and simple analogies

Guided problem-solving with increasing difficulty

Independent practice with feedback and corrections

Summary & key takeaways

Homework or practice questions tailored to the student’s level
