About Rayaan
I have been playing electric guitar for about 11 years and in that time I have learned a lot about the instrument involving theory and practical experience. I am currently apart of several bands at King’s College and play regular shows at The Tuning Fork and have also played at Spark Arena. My band has also placed top 12 at Auckland Smokefree Rockquest 2024. I am comfortable teaching beginners and intermediates since I have a lot of experience on the guitar. Some of my favourite bands include: Polyphia, Plini, Covet, Plini. I’m big into the modern metal scene so if you’re a fan of that kind of music I’d be glad to teach you :)

Lessons can involve whatever you wish to work on, or if you’re just starting out, I can cover a basic guitar curriculum to supplement your lead and/or rhythm playing including: Chords, Harmonics, Theory, Soloing, Technique etc. I can couple that with my experience in bands to help teaching you to work with other musicians in a band setting.
