About Xander
I graduated as an independent professional musician at the Pop Academy in Rotterdam. I have 4 years of experience teaching guitar lessons. In have now had about 14 students with whom I have built a great band and who can now play the guitar well. I am patient, can teach broadly and I understand many aspects of making music.

Depending on the entry level of the student, I adjust the lessons. For beginners, topics such as open chords, melodies and fingering will be discussed first. I delve deeper into the matter with more experienced students. We pick more difficult songs to parse and figure out. Ultimately, the emphasis in my lessons is often on practice. Practicing and ensuring that results are achieved quickly, this makes the lessons fun, challenging and rewarding.
