My teaching approach is simple: friendly, firm, and flexible. I create a warm space where students feel safe to ask questions, while staying firm on discipline and standards so we get real results. I’m also yielding — I adapt to each child’s pace and learning style. With this balance, students grow in confidence, grammar, phonics, and writing, and actually enjoy learning English.
