About Nico
I tutor because I love English and the creative arts, and I enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with older VCE students. I also love working with primary school students because of their creativity, curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas. Teaching English and Arts is my primary passion that I am working towards building my career around.

Hi! I’m Nico, an Education student at Australian Catholic University studying to become a Primary and Early Childhood teacher. I achieved a 90.75 ATAR, including a 40 study score in VCE Literature and a 45 in VCE Creative Practice, and received a Commonwealth Teaching Scholarship.
I tutor VCE English, VCE Literature and VCE Creative Practice/Arts, as well as primary school students across English, Math, reading, writing, comprehension, homework and assessment preparation.
I have experience working as a Teacher’s Aide in private schools, supporting students from Prep to Year 6, as well as working in after-school care. This has given me practical experience working with children across different ages and learning needs.
I offer one-hour tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s individual goals and learning needs.
Sessions are available online or in person in the Melbourne CBD and South Yarra areas.
