Hello! I’m Mariyam Marseena, a passionate Personal Development coach and trainer specializing in Public Speaking, Conflict Management, Leadership, and Self-Confidence. With years of experience working with students, professionals, and individuals seeking personal growth, I help learners unlock their potential and achieve their goals. I believe in an interactive and learner-centered approach. My sessions combine practical exercises, real-life examples, and reflective discussions to ensure that learners don’t just understand concepts, but also apply them in their personal and professional lives. For public speaking, I use video-based feedback and structured practice; for conflict management, I use case studies, simulations, and step-by-step frameworks to develop skills in negotiation and communication.
Introduction (5–10 mins): Outlining session goals and connecting with learners.
Core Learning (30–40 mins): Explaining key concepts through interactive teaching, group discussions, and practical exercises.
Application (15–20 mins): Presentations, or conflict-resolution scenarios to apply learning.
Feedback & Reflection (10 mins): Constructive feedback, clarifying doubts, and takeaways for practice.
