As a Naturopathy Practitioner | Holistic life coach and creator of Mustard Seed, with just under 2 decades of experience in the Health/ Wellness & Beauty industries and following on from my own recovery from mental health issues I now use my signature strategies as a coach and health educator to guide people on how to reach their health and lifestyle goals, eliminate the toxins in their lives & become their families home remedies expert in a Christ-centered way. No woo woo or focus on getting sexy, just down to earth health and wellness while glorifying Abba father by taking care of the incredible gift He gave us.
