About Karen
Hello! I'm Karen Kaur, a UK-educated Personality Development Coach with over 15 years of professional experience in business, leadership, communication, and mentoring.
I specialize in helping teenagers and young adults build confidence, improve communication, develop positive body language, strengthen emotional intelligence, and prepare for success in school, college, interviews, and everyday life.
My coaching is practical, interactive, and tailored to each student's personality and goals. Every session focuses on developing real-life skills through activities, discussions, role-play, and personalized feedback.
