About Bradley
I am a Physics/Mathematics student, currently enrolled at Edith Cowan University. I have been tutoring, on and off, for 9 years now. The extent of my work has seen me tutoring people as young as 12, on the basic principles of Mathematics and the Scientific Method, right up to first-year university students, grappling with the new and advanced concepts and academic challenges that come with tertiary education.
I have always had a deep passion for the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, and have routinely placed very highly amongst my peers, at all levels of education, and I love to pass this passion and success through to any and all of my students.

I like to tailor my teaching methodology to the particular student or students that I am tutoring, e.g. if it is clear that a student struggles with, or is dispassionate about simply reading and memorising texts and formulae, I move to approaching things conceptually, and by discussing and displaying the phenomena that the student struggles to simply read about with real-life examples, models and displays, a true understanding can be developed for the nature of the problem at-hand. From this position of understanding concepts and ideas, all of my students have found that the difficult to memorise formulae, are no longer even required to be remembered-by-rote, as they possess the intrinsic understanding of the background and purpose of the difficult-to-absorb text.
Beyond this, however, I place the utmost importance upon patience and reactive teaching: if an approach to a concept simply isn't working for a student, I like to illuminate alternative paths to achieving the same destination, while stressing the fact that with enough patience, guidance and work, no concept is beyond any student, of mine.

Perfect! Brad has been a saviour for our sons Year 12 Physics journey.
