About Hannah
I earned a B.A in Economics followed by an M.Sc in Applied Economics, which allowed me to study both theory and real-world economic systems. Over 8 years of teaching, I have helped students improve their analytical clarity and written expression through structured guidance and supportive explanation. My teaching approach emphasises clarity, balance, and encouragement. I adapt lessons to suit each learner’s goals, whether exam preparation or conceptual understanding. I value open discussion and thoughtful questioning as part of effective learning. Beyond teaching, I stay engaged with economics through policy analysis, economic news, and academic reading. This keeps my lessons relevant and grounded. Teaching economics is fulfilling because it helps students understand the forces shaping everyday decisions and global trends.

I explain concepts such as supply and demand, elasticity, market structures, macroeconomic indicators, and policy effects using relatable examples and clear frameworks. Lessons are structured to make abstract economic models feel practical and meaningful. Beginner students build strong foundations in terminology, graphs, and basic reasoning. Intermediate learners focus on analytical interpretation, data-based questions, and case studies. Advanced students refine exam technique, evaluation skills, and structured written responses. Each lesson includes guided discussion and reasoning support to strengthen understanding. Economics lessons also develop critical thinking and awareness of global systems.
