About Rivya
My interest in economics began with curiosity about how markets, policies, and decisions influence everyday life. This led me to complete a Master’s in Economics, where I developed a strong understanding of economic theory and analysis. Over the past 9 years, I have helped students learn economics in a structured and supportive way that builds confidence and consistency.
I believe economics should be taught with clarity, real-life connections, and logical explanation. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex ideas, using examples, and encouraging critical thinking. I support learners in building strong understanding step by step while improving their analytical skills.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about global economic trends and financial developments. This helps me bring practical insights into my lessons. Teaching economics is very meaningful to me because I see students grow from confusion to clarity. Helping them develop strong analytical skills, confidence, and independent thinking is one of the most fulfilling parts of my teaching journey.

Economics becomes easier when students understand how concepts apply to real-life situations instead of only memorizing theories. In my lessons, I focus on both microeconomics and macroeconomics, including topics such as demand and supply, market structures, national income, and economic policies using simple and structured explanations. I break each concept into smaller, easy-to-understand parts so students can follow comfortably without confusion. I also include graphs, case studies, and real-world examples to make lessons engaging, practical, and meaningful. Each session is interactive and supportive, helping students build confidence while improving their understanding step by step in a comfortable learning environment.
As students progress, lessons are adapted based on their level and academic goals. Beginners focus on basic concepts and definitions. Intermediate learners work on graphs, applications, and problem-solving. Advanced students focus on deeper analysis, case studies, and exam preparation. I provide structured exercises, practice questions, and detailed feedback to ensure steady improvement and strong conceptual clarity over time.
Economics helps students develop logical thinking, decision-making skills, and the ability to analyze real-world situations. As they improve, they become more confident in understanding economic trends and applying concepts effectively. These skills are valuable for academics, careers, and everyday decision-making. My goal is to make economics simple, engaging, and practical so students feel confident applying concepts independently while continuing to improve their analytical thinking and understanding over time.
