About Marla
"Blue ink stains on my fingers from hours of sketching complex market structure diagrams defined my early academic years. I hold a BSc Business Administration degree and have spent 7 years mentoring 64 students through the intricacies of economic theory.
Inflation, unemployment, and fiscal policy form the backbone of my tutoring approach. I focus heavily on essay structure, monetary policy, and international trade to ensure students feel prepared. "Confusion regarding how to synthesize market structures into clear essay responses is a common hurdle that I address in our first meeting. Diagrams must tell a story of their own to maximize your internal assessment grades. I utilize my BSc Business Administration background to clarify how international trade impacts inflation and unemployment metrics. We will spend time refining your fiscal policy arguments and cost-benefit analysis depth.
You will find that analyzing monetary policy becomes much more approachable once the fundamental definitions are locked into place. I ensure that every session focuses on exam technique to keep your results consistent. My goal is to make these abstract concepts feel practical and manageable for your upcoming assessments. Seeing the lightbulb go on when a student connects real world trade to theoretical models is quite satisfying."
