About Eero
I am an experienced Economics tutor with over 9 years of teaching students at all levels, including school, college, and working professionals. During my career, I have successfully guided around 200–300 students, helping them excel in exams, complete assignments, and develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills. My teaching covers core Economics subjects such as Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Development Economics, International Trade, and Public Policy.
My teaching philosophy is to make Economics practical, engaging, and easy to understand. I use real-life examples, case studies, and interactive discussions to help students connect theory with real-world situations. I encourage collaboration, patience, and critical thinking, creating a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and explore ideas.
I take pride in my students’ achievements, many of whom have improved grades, successfully completed projects, and developed skills that benefit their academic and professional careers. My goal is to provide personalised guidance, clarify difficult concepts, and prepare students not only for exams but also for a deeper understanding of Economics that they can apply in their studies and careers. My teaching approach focuses on helping students understand Economics in a practical and engaging way. I teach core subjects like Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Development Economics, International Trade, and Public Policy. I combine theory with real-life examples and case studies to make complex concepts easier to understand and relevant to everyday life.
I encourage collaboration and active participation, allowing students to discuss ideas, analyse data, and solve problems together. Patience is central to my approach, and I make sure every student fully understands each topic before moving forward. I guide students step by step in exam preparation, assignments, and projects, ensuring they gain confidence and clarity in their learning.
My methodology emphasises critical thinking and practical application. Students learn not only to memorise concepts but also to apply economic reasoning in real-world scenarios. I aim to make learning interactive, enjoyable, and tailored to each student’s pace, helping them achieve academic success and build a strong foundation for future studies or careers in Economics.
