About Priti
I am an experienced Economics tutor with over 6 years of teaching students from school to college level. During this time, I have successfully guided around 250 students, helping them achieve strong results in exams, assignments, and practical applications of Economics. My goal is to make Economics simple, clear, and relevant to everyday life.
I teach a wide range of topics, including microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, international trade, development economics, and public finance. I focus on helping students understand concepts deeply rather than just memorising them. By using real-life examples, case studies, and interactive discussions, I make abstract ideas easy to understand and apply.
My teaching philosophy is centred on clarity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. I adapt my lessons to each student’s pace and learning style, ensuring they gain confidence and mastery in every topic. I encourage questions, discussions, and practical exercises so students can analyse and apply economic concepts independently.
Over the years, I have been proud to see many students improve their grades, develop strong analytical skills, and develop a genuine interest in Economics. I aim to create a learning environment that is supportive, engaging, and motivating.
My sessions focus not only on academic success but also on helping students think like economists, understand real-world economic issues, and prepare for future studies or careers. My teaching approach in Economics is designed to make learning practical, engaging, and easy to understand. I work with students from school and university levels, helping them build a strong foundation in core subjects such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, development economics, and international trade. I also cover applied topics like labour economics, monetary policy, and public finance to give students a wider perspective.
I focus on connecting theory with real-life examples and case studies. Concepts like supply and demand, market structures, inflation, GDP, and fiscal policies are explained using current events and practical situations. This approach helps students see how Economics works in the real world, making learning more meaningful and memorable.
Flexibility is a key part of my tutoring style. I adapt each lesson according to the student’s pace, prior knowledge, and learning goals. I encourage questions and discussions to ensure students fully understand each concept. Problem-solving exercises are integrated into every session, helping students develop analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
