About Yuandi
I got my master degree in economics at SUNY-Buffalo. After that I have been teaching economics at several colleges and high schools both in the US and China. The subjects I am mostly teaching are Microeconomics and Macroeconomics both at introductory level and intermediate level. I always have passion of teaching and loving to see students succeded. My philosophy of teaching is making student apply their knowledge in their daily life. When they see how things they learn in class useful in thier daily life then they will have more motivation to learn. I always self-motivation is a key to success in any class.

My teaching approach is always student focus. I like using examples close to students' lives to help them understand abstract concepts. Also class activities are useful for me to observe students' weakness and strength for each learning goal. I like students to engage with me , discuss with me and even challenge me to better unerstand themselves. My class is active and energetic. Active learning environment is what I am tryingn to create for my students.
