I'm an Economics student who teaches Maths for GCSE and A-level based in Southampton. I received an A in my Maths A-level in 2024, and I am currently studying a mathematically rigorous degree.

About Izzy
I think strong Maths skills are so important for the rest of your life - whatever career you decide to go into, and even outside of your career! Yet, so many students struggle with Maths and the way it is taught in schools - often because there aren't enough links to the real world applications of mathematics. I want to help students feel more confident with their Maths and Stats, and inspire them to want to learn and do well in their mathematical studies.

- Length of 1 lesson: I am happy to offer 30 minute, 45 minute or 1 hour lessons - whatever works best for you.
-Who I teach: GCSE and A-level students, however I am also happy to tutor younger students if I am made aware of the topics they are currently studying.
- Qualifications/Experience: I received an A in my own Maths A-Level recently, so the knowledge and approaches for the exams are still fresh in my mind, and I also still have many of the resources I used. I am also currently studying a mathematically rigorous Economics degree at the University of Southampton, so I have retained my strong mathematical skills and have lots of experience in how to approach mathematics exams in order to get high marks.
