About Aarini
I hold an M.Sc in Development Economics and bring 10 years of teaching experience working with students from diverse academic backgrounds. My passion for economics began with a deep desire to understand how societies grow, why disparities exist, and how decisions at different levels influence millions of lives. Over the years, teaching has become a meaningful way for me to share this understanding while helping students become clear, thoughtful decision-makers. My teaching approach emphasizes patience, clarity, and conversation. I ensure every concept is broken down logically, using examples that feel familiar and easy to visualize. I encourage learners to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and explore ideas freely without fear of making mistakes. My goal is to make economics feel relevant, dynamic, and empowering—not intimidating. Beyond teaching, I stay engaged with contemporary policy discussions, economic reports, global development issues, and financial trends. Economics lessons begin by guiding students through the core ideas that shape human decision-making—scarcity, opportunity cost, price signals, incentives, and resource allocation. I introduce each concept with simple, relatable examples so students feel grounded from the very first session. This early stage helps them connect theory with everyday life, building curiosity and confidence before moving into more detailed material.
As students progress, we explore both microeconomic and macroeconomic topics, including markets, elasticity, competition, national income accounting, inflation, unemployment, and economic growth. Lessons include visual diagrams, case studies, and structured explanations that help students follow economic relationships with clarity. I teach them how to interpret graphs, understand policy impacts, and analyze different economic outcomes through step-by-step reasoning.
In the final stage, learning becomes more applied. We discuss global development, trade patterns, government policy design, environmental economics, and real case examples from various countries. Students begin to see how economics influences businesses, governments, households, and international systems. By the end of these lessons, learners develop stronger critical-thinking ability, better interpretation skills, and a clearer understanding of how economies function in the real world.
