About Prinston
My name is Prinston, and I am a patient and supportive math tutor specializing in helping beginners and middle school students build strong, lasting foundations in mathematics.
I focus on making math simple, clear, and less intimidating by breaking down concepts into easy, step-by-step explanations. My goal is not just to help students get the right answers, but to truly understand how and why math works. I use practical examples, guided practice, and repetition to ensure students gain confidence and improve steadily.
Each lesson is structured and focused. We begin with a quick review of previous topics, move into learning new material in a clear and organized way, and then practice together before allowing the student to try independently with support. I always end with a short recap to reinforce understanding.
I adapt my teaching approach to each student’s pace and learning style, creating a calm and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own speed.
I teach basic arithmetic, fractions, decimals, percentages, and introductory algebra, with a focus on school-level math improvement and confidence building.
My aim is to help every student feel more capable, more confident, and more in control of their math journey.

I am a patient and supportive math tutor who helps beginners and middle school students build strong foundations in math. I simplify concepts into easy steps and use real-life examples to make learning clear and relatable.
My lessons focus on understanding, not memorization. We review previous topics, learn new concepts step by step, solve guided examples together, and then practice independently with support. I always end with a quick recap to reinforce learning.
