About Riya
I am an Economics tutor with 5 years of teaching experience, helping school, college, and working professional students. I have successfully guided over 200–300 students towards academic and career success. My teaching philosophy is simple: clear concepts, practical examples, and consistent practice lead to strong results. I focus on building analytical thinking and real-world understanding. My teaching approach in Economics is clear, practical, and student-focused. I teach school and university students, covering Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, International Economics, Development Economics, Public Finance, and Business Economics. I connect every topic to real-life examples and case studies so students can see how economic theory works in daily life and global markets.
My methodology is based on concept clarity first, then structured practice. I break down graphs, models, and formulae into simple steps. We work together to solve numerical problems, analyse data, and interpret economic policies. Collaboration is important in my sessions, and I encourage students to ask questions and share ideas freely.
I am patient and supportive, especially when explaining difficult concepts like elasticity, market structures, regression analysis, or national income determination. Regular practice, discussions, and exam-focused questions help students build confidence. My goal is to develop strong analytical thinking and prepare students for exams, assignments, and real-world decision-making.
