About Cleo
I hold a Master’s degree in Macroeconomics and have 11 years of teaching experience working with students from various academic backgrounds. My interest in Economics began with a curiosity about how individual choices and government decisions shape economies and influence society. Over the years, I have developed a teaching approach that focuses on clarity, relevance, and deep understanding rather than memorization.
My teaching style is structured, patient, and adaptable. I explain concepts using simple language and practical examples so students can easily relate to them. I break down complex theories into smaller parts and guide students step by step to ensure they fully understand each topic. I also adapt my lessons based on each student’s pace and comfort level, creating a supportive learning environment where they feel confident and encouraged.
Outside of teaching, I stay updated with current economic trends, global developments, and research insights. Teaching Economics is deeply fulfilling because I see students grow in confidence and awareness over time. Helping them understand real-world systems and make informed decisions motivates me to continue teaching with dedication.

Economics becomes meaningful when students begin to understand how daily decisions, business activities, and government policies are all connected within a larger system. My lessons focus on building a strong conceptual foundation in areas such as supply and demand, elasticity, inflation, national income, and fiscal policies through clear and structured explanations. I take time to explain each concept step by step, ensuring students understand both the theory and its practical application. Real-world examples such as market price changes, consumer behavior, and global economic events are used to make learning more relatable and easier to grasp. Each session is interactive and encourages students to ask questions, share ideas, and think critically without hesitation.
I structure lessons carefully based on the student’s level and academic goals. Beginners focus on fundamental concepts such as basic market structures and simple graphs using guided explanations. Intermediate learners explore elasticity, market interactions, and economic relationships with deeper analysis and problem solving. Advanced students work on macroeconomic models, policy evaluation, and data interpretation with detailed discussion. Practice questions, case studies, and regular feedback are included to ensure steady progress and strong understanding.
Economics also helps students develop logical thinking, analytical reasoning, and decision-making skills. As they gain clarity, they feel more confident discussing economic issues and analyzing real-world situations. Many students begin to appreciate the subject once they see its relevance in everyday life. My goal is to make Economics clear, engaging, and intellectually rewarding so students feel confident in their learning journey.
