I teach 1st-9th grade math.
I believe in a personalized teaching and doing method. A typical lesson from me would include a demonstration of what needs to be learned followed by simple practice problems. Once the fundamentals are worked on I then gradually increase the difficulty of the questions at a pace suitable for the student. This ensures they fully master and understand what is being taught. Me also being a student gives me a unique angle on demonstrating and teaching material to the student.
