About Dwaipayan
I believe in logic and imagination. Having done very well academically myself, I value sincerity, dedication and effort over shortcuts (which never work). I'm looking for serious students who aim to master mathematics: which requires all these values and more.
I scored 98.2% in the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education, grade X and was a national rank holder. I got top grades (A1s) in my grade XII CBSE exams. I eventually got into the University of Southampton for Master of Engineering in Computer Science with AI, where I secured a 90% in my first semester Maths module.
In my free time, you will find me working on some personal projects, making computer games on unreal, or rewatching my favourite animes. A good tutor is also a good friend: he's always updated on the student's life and wellbeing. Keeping me updated with your academic concerns and weak areas will turn the teaching learning platform into a transformative experience. Can't wait for us to get started!

Currently a CS student at the University of Southampton, a global top 100 university. I have always been the top student of my class in school, with near perfect scores in Maths and Sciences. I try to understand everything from the very base, and compile all the fundamentals to tackle advanced concepts. I believe in a learning system grounded in imagination and applicative thinking. Maths is not an arts subject: heavy problem-solving ability is the key to mathematical success. As someone with a 90% score in University level maths, I focus on building this applicative mindset in my students.
Having passed out of a rigorous Indian education board, I'm very suited to preparing students for competitive examination performance. Our lessons will be focused on theory (30%), basic problems (40%) and advanced problems (30%). Sessions will be interactive: the student should actively engage and question the tutor about the topic at hand. Reach out to me if you wanna nail Maths.
