About Paul
Hello there! I’m Paul from Sydney, Australia, and I’m excited to help you improve your English I’m sure we’ll have a lot to talk about! I love the outdoors: running, swimming, surfing, tennis, hiking & camping. I also play the guitar & piano and love music. I love teaching English because I myself am learning Spanish and I love languages. I love connecting with new people and learning about new cultures. I also get a lot of fulfillment when my students are able to speak English with confidence after learning with me!

I am really flexible, so I’m happy to structure the lesson in any way you would like. However, I usually split the lesson in a few different parts: - Casual speaking about any topic - Learning (e.g. writing, grammar & vocabulary, real-life topics and situations) - Homework (optional) Why you should choose me: - I speak clearly, slowly, and with a smile - I can teach you both casual and professional English because - I’m a native English speaker and I have over 9 years experience working in businesses in Australia, the United Kingdom, & America - I have 1 year of experience tutoring university students, so I can be patient, helpful & friendly - I have the TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification - I have had multiple Spanish teachers in the last 8 years, so I have picked up good teaching habits and lesson structures that I can pass on.
