About Dalia
I'm an Italian winemaker and sommelier married with a South African. I like to cook my traditional food and pair it with good South African wines. In the free time I teach Italian language and I like to share my culture with non-italian people around the world.

I will cook live step by step the meals in my kitchen, you can watch and take notes or cook with me at the same time! ( in this case I'll send you the ingredient list in advance in order to be both prepared to cook ).
I suggest a list of recipes easy and fast for everyday meals devided in winter and summer preparations , with some easy and fast desserts.
You can of course ask for particular plates or recipes that you always wanted to do ( in this case the final cost of the lesson may vary due to additional ingredients cost) .
