I work with a few different formats depending on your goal. A first session will always be used to determine exactly what it is you are looking for and what you need support with.
If you are not clear on what you want to do, we will make this the focus of our sessions, using tools and techniques from the Institute of Coaching Master where I trained.
If you are clear on what you want to do but need help finding a job that matches, I will support you with job searching strategy, tailored to the industry you are looking in. We will also set targets, create a tracker and prepare you for interview stages. You will receive tailored cover letter and CV feedback and tips for making these more efficient and transferable for each application.
